Why awards are different from other events

Awards ceremonies have two audiences in the room at the same time: the nominees, who care about their 90 seconds on stage, and everyone else, who needs the transitions to feel effortless. The trick is producing for both without compromising either.

We’ve done this enough to know where the time goes wrong. Presenter changeovers. VT rolls. Trophy handovers. The first 20 minutes. Every flagship awards show we run has a pre-light day, a full tech rehearsal, and a producer who lives on comms from 14:00 to last-call.

  • Do you own the IP of the award itself?

    No. Awards bodies own their IP. We are the production company. We build, produce and deliver the ceremony under your brand.

  • Can you handle judging and nominee management?

    Yes. We manage the end-to-end judging pipeline from call for entries through to on-stage announcement. Confidentiality protocols as standard.

  • What size of ceremony do you produce?

    From intimate 80-seat trophy dinners up to 1,500-seat broadcast events.

  • Can you handle broadcast and livestream?

    Yes. We partner with broadcast-grade AV and camera teams. Multi-cam, live-cut, livestream and post-event edit.
